Publication of suspension or revocation of licence

(2)

Any delay or failure to publish the notice of suspension or revocation shall not in any manner affect the validity of the suspension or revocation.

(3)

The Minister and the Commission shall not be liable for any action, loss or damage arising from or occasioned by the publication of the notice referred to in subsection (1).
