Section 22

(1)
No licence shall be issued for the use or operation of any premises as a food premises unless the same complies with the provisions of this Ordinance, the Local Authorities Ordinance, 1996

[Cap. 20], the Buildings Ordinance, 1994 [Cap. 8], and any regulations or by-laws made thereunder.
(2)
Notwithstanding the provision under subsection (1) above, local authority may grant temporary licence for the use of or operation of any premises subject to any conditions as may be determined by the local authority.
