Section 7

(1)
The Director shall have such powers as may be conferred by this Ordinance and he shall advise and assist the local authorities in the administration and enforcement of this Ordinance.
(2)
The Director may delegate the exercise of any powers conferred on him by this Ordinance to any medical officer, subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed.
