Appeals to Director

Section 8

(1)
Any person aggrieved by a decision of a local authority or public health officer made under sections 20, 28(2) and 32(1), may appeal against such decision to the Director within seven days from date of notification thereof.
(2)
The Director may, upon consideration of such appeal, affirm, vary or rescind the decision of the local authority or public health officer.
