Section 101

of PROTECTION OF WILD LIFE ACT 1972

Section 101

Where—

(a)

any report or complaint concerning any matter relating to this Act is made;

(b)

any information concerning any matter relating to this Act is conveyed; or

(c)

any wild animal or wild bird live or dead or part thereof is delivered;

to any police officer, district officer or officer of customs, he shall without unnecessary delay inform any officer or an authorized officer of the matter.
