Section 99
(1)
Where the Court finds the partner of a firm guilty of an offence under this Act, the firm shall be deemed to be guilty of the offence and the Court may in addition to punishing the partner, punish the firm with the fine provided for the offence.
(2)
For the purposes of this section "firm" means a firm of dealers or taxidermists registered in Malaysia under the provisions of any written law in force in Malaysia relating to the registration of business.
