CORRIGENDUM
In the Schedule to P.U. (A) 43 published on 1st February, 1974 in the modifications to the Third Schedule to the Subordinate Courts Act, 1948—
(a)
substitute the words "paragraph 18 (5) (b)" for the words "paragraph 5 (b)" appearing in paragraphs (1) and (2); and
(b)
substitute the words "paragraph 18 (5) (c)" for the words "paragraph 5 (c)" appearing in paragraph (3).
