  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi kepadanya oleh seksyen 6 (4) Akta Perlembagaan (Pindaan) (No. 2), 1973, Yang di-Pertuan Akta A206. Agong dengan ini membuat perintah yang berikut:

Ubahsuaian-ubahsuaian yang dinyatakan di bawah ini, iaitu Pengubah-ubahsuaian-ubahsuaian yang pada pendapat Yang di-Pertuan Agong Fengarbiln adalah perlu atau mustahak bagi maksud menghapuskan kesulitan- 7

kesulitan atau oleh sebab lulusnya Akta Perlembagaan (Pindaan) (No. 2), Akta A206.

1973, hendaklah dibuat dalam peruntukan-peruntukan Akta Peng- 34/60.

sebagaimana diubahsuai oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan 0. (a)

(Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974; dan :

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 6 (4) of the Act A206. Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1973, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong hereby makes the following order: “ Citationand ~~ |, This order may be cited as the Federal Territory (Modification of commence-meat. Land Acquisition Act, 1960) Order, 1974, and shall come into force on Ist February, 1974. matin 2. The modifications specified hereunder, being modifications which Xequisiion appear to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to be necessary or expedient for Act, 1960. the purpose of removing difficulties or in consequence of the passing of Act A206. the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1973, shall be made in the 34/60. provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1960—

(a)

references to the State shall be construed as references to the

Federal Territory;
