Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 22 (2) Akta Institusi-institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976; Menteri Pelajaran membuat Perintah yang berikut:

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-institusi Pelajaran (Tatertib) 1976 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas sahaja butiran-butiran baru yang berikut di bawah Ruang Satu, Dua dan Tiga masing-masing:

Peruntukan-peruntukan Akta yang kena dipakai
Seluruh Akta kecuali seksyen-seksyen
4, 7, 8, 9, 17, 18, 19, 20 dan Jadual

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 (2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976, the Minister of Education makes the following Order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 1980.
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended by inserting immediately after item 5 the following new items under the respective First, Second and Third Columns thereof:
