- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen (4) seksyen 10 Akta Prosedur Kewangan 1957, Dewan Rakyat dalam persidangannya pada 4hb Februari 1991 telah membuat ketetapan bahawa Jadual Kedua kepada Akta tersebut dipinda dengan menambahkan ke dalam Jadual tersebut butiran baru yang berikut: "Kumpulanwang Amanah Kebajikan Jabatan Perkhidmatan Bomba". Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 10 of the Financial Procedure Act 1957, the Dewan Rakyat at its sitting on the 4th February 1991 resolved that the Second Schedule to the said Act be amended by adding thereto the following new item: "Fire Services Department Welfare Fund".
