PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 10(2) Akta Zon Bebas 1990, Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Pemberitahuan ini bolehlah dinamakan Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas (Pindaan) (No.3) 1992 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 24hb September 1992.

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Zon Bebas 1990 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas sahaja butiran 11 butiran 12 baru yang berikut:

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990, the Minister makes the following notification:

Seksyen 1

This Notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment) (No.3) Notification 1992 and shall come into force on the 24th September 1992.

Seksyen 2

The Second Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by inserting immediately after item 11 the following new item 12: Amendment of Second Schedule.
