Section 10
(1)
All premises shall be provided with a supply of water suitable and sufficient for the requirements of these Regulations.
(2)
Every receptacle used for the storage or conveyance of water shall be emptied and cleansed as often as may be necessary to prevent the pollution of the water and to maintain it in a suitable condition for the purpose for which it is required.
(3)
The water supply used for the watering of cows shall, as far as is reasonably possible, be protected against contamination caused by the drainage of foul water or otherwise.
