(2)
For the purpose of this section, the master of any such ship and the captain of any such aircraft shall be deemed to be the occupier thereof.
(3)
If any person on whom a notice to abate a nuisance occurring on any ship or aircraft has been served under section 92 fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof within the time specified therein, the local authority by its officers, servants and agents may from time to time and forcibly if need be enter the ship or aircraft and remove or remedy the nuisance.
(4)
Any expenses incurred by a local authority in removing or remedying a nuisance occurring on any ship or aircraft may be recovered from the master or captain*
thereof.
(5)
In this section, the terms ―ships‖ and ―aircraft‖ shall not include any ship or aircraft belonging to the government of any member of the Commonwealth or any foreign country.
