Section 105

(a)

for the occupier of any premises to use or permit such premises to be used for the purpose of any offensive trade or business unless he holds a licence authorising him to keep those premises for the purpose of such offensive trade or business;

(b)

for any person other than the occupier to use any premises for the purpose of any offensive trade or business unless the occupier of the premises holds a licence in respect thereof.

(2)

Licences under this section shall be granted by the local authority on the payment of such fee as the local authority may deem fit and shall be valid for the year in which they are granted only.

(3)

A person who uses any premises for any offensive trade or business in contravention of the provisions of this section, or permits any premises to be used, shall

be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of one thousand ringgit and one hundred ringgit for every day during which the offence continues.
