Section 2

In this Enactment, unless the context otherwise requires-

“Chairman” and “Deputy Chairman” mean respectively the Chairman and any Deputy

Chairman of the Commission;

“the Commission” means the Public Service Commission of the State;

“the former Commission” means the Public Service Commission established by the

North Borneo (Public Service Commission) Order in Council, 1963;

“member” means any member of the Commission other than the Chairman.
