Section 8

The Chairman and members of the Commission shall continue to receive the remuneration and allowances which they are currently receiving under the Principal

Enactment until such time as the Cabinet may determine under section 3 and 4.

 “Yang di-Pertua Negeri” substituted for “Yang di-Pertua Negara” by virtue of Enactment No. 17 of 1976.
