Section 8A
(1)
There shall be a Director of Sabah Biodiversity Centre from amongst the members of the State public service.
(2)
There shall be such number of officers, from amongst the members of the State public service, as may be necessary or expedient to assist the Director in the performance of his functions or in the exercise of his powers under this Enactment.
(3)
A person appointed under subsection (2) shall be subject to the direction, control and supervision of the Director.
