Delegation of powers
of Sabah Biodiversity Enactment 2000
The Director may, in writing, delegate any of his functions or powers subject to such conditions, limitations or restriction as he thinks fit, to any officer, and such person to whom the functions or powers is delegated shall perform the functions or powers in the same manner and with the same effect as if the functions or powers had been conferred on him under this
Enactment.
(2)
A person purporting to act pursuant to a delegation made under this section shall, in the absence of proof to the contrary, be presumed to be acting in accordance with the terms of the delegation.
(3)
A delegation made under this section may at any time be revoked by the Director.
(4)
A delegation made under this section shall not preclude the Director himself from carrying out at any time the delegated functions or powers.
