Section 107
(1)
Registers showing particulars of the permits and licences issued under this
Enactment shall be maintained and kept at such place or places as the Director shall specify.
(2)
The register shall contain details of each permit and licence, particulars of any suspension or cancellation of the permit or licence and any other matters relevant to the administration of the provisions of this Enactment.
