Section 5

Section 5

(1)

The Director may delegate the exercise of any of the powers vested in him to any officer of the State Fisheries Department.

(2)

The Director may, by notification in the Gazette, delegate any of the powers vested in him to any of the members of the Community Fisheries Management Zone

Committee established under section 36.

(3)

No such delegation shall prevent the Director from exercising any of the powers so delegated.
