Duty of the Board to comply with directions of the Authority

Section 10

(1)
The Board shall seek the directions of the Authority in the management and administration of the State Library.
(2)
The Board in the discharge of its functions and the exercise of its powers shall comply with, and adhere to, the policy guidelines and directions pertaining to the management and administration of the
State Library, issued by the Authority.
