Section 7
—
(1)
The Board may enter into contracts or deeds for and on behalf of the State Library, and may sue or be sued in the name of the
Board in regard to such contracts and any transactions or dealings entered into by the Board.
(2)
All contracts, deeds, instruments or documents to be executed in the name of the Board or to which the Board may be a party, shall be signed on behalf of the Board by a member, or by the 14
Chief Executive Officer or by such person as the Board may, by resolution, so authorize.
