Section 5C
—
(1)
Notwithstanding section 5A, the General Manager may issue a temporary permit for a limited period, where required to facilitate the establishment, building, operating or management of any plant, factory or premises for carrying out any timber industry:
(a)
pending issuance of licence under section 5A; or
(b)
for domestic use.
(2)
A temporary permit issued under this section, shall be subject to any conditions and restrictions imposed by the Corporation.
