Section 22
(1)
A self-employed insured person whose condition requires, as a result of self-employment injury, medical treatment and attendance shall be entitled to receive a medical benefit.
(2)
The medical benefit may be given either in the form of outpatient treatment and attendance in a hospital, dispensary, clinic or other institution or by visits to the home of the self-employed insured person or treatment as inpatient in a hospital or other institution.
