(2)

A self-employed insured person shall not have a right to claim any medical treatment except as provided by a hospital, dispensary, clinic or other institution to which he is allotted, or as prescribed.

(3)

Nothing in this Act shall entitle a self-employed insured person to claim reimbursement from the Organization for any expenses incurred in respect of any medical treatment, except as prescribed.

(4)

For the purpose of the medical benefit payment and reimbursement, the Organization may request from a hospital, dispensary, clinic or other institution to furnish medical record and statistical returns of any self-employed insured person.
