Except for the invalidity pension or survivors’ pension payable under the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969, a self-employed insured person or a dependant, as the case may be, shall not be entitled to both benefit under the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 and this

Act, for the same period and in respect of the same disablement.
