Section 15
(1)
The grant of a licence under section 12 shall be personal to the licensee and the licence shall not be assigned or transferred to any other person except with the prior written approval of the Director.
(2)
A licensee who assigns or transfers his or its licence to any other person without the prior written approval of the Director commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
