Effect of revocation or non-renewal of licence

Section 17
(1)
If the revocation of a licence under section 16 has taken effect or where the licence has not been renewed under section 14, the licensee shall immediately cease to provide any service in respect of which the licence was granted.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Director may authorize the licensee in writing to carry on providing any service for such duration and upon such terms and conditions as the Director may specify in the authorization for the purpose of winding up the licensee's affairs.
