Section 42
Penalty for obstructing
(a)
hinders or obstructs any officer or person authorized by the Director, under this Enactment or any of the sewerage services contractors’ or licensee’s employees or agents in the performance and execution of his duty or of anything which he is respectively empowered or required to do by virtue of or in consequence of this Enactment; or
(b)
removes any mark set up for the purpose of direction necessary to the execution of works authorized by this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six month or to both.
