Section 45
A person who discloses or provides information to the Director or any officer authorized by him that he knows or has reason to believe is false or misleading commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
