Section 50
(1)
An enforcement officer shall have the power to investigate the commission of an offence against, and the activities of a licensee material to his compliance with, this
Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment.
(2)
An enforcement officer may, in relation to an investigation in respect of an offence committed against this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this
Enactment, exercise all or any of the powers in relation to police investigation, except the power to arrest without warrant, given under the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593].
