Section 56

The list prepared in accordance with subsection (1) shall be delivered immediately to the occupier of the premises where the equipment, device, material, book, record, account, document or other thing or receptacle, package or conveyance seized is found.

Where the seizure is made in or from any premises which is unoccupied, the enforcement officer shall whenever possible post a list of the things seized conspicuously at or on the premises.
