Section 16
(1)
Any person may apply to the Director General for a licence to be granted to him under this Act by submitting a written application to the Corporation in the manner as may be prescribed.
(2)
Every application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by such document or information as may be prescribed.
(3)
An application under this section may be withdrawn at any time before it is granted or refused.
