Section 22
(1)
The grant of a licence under section 19 shall be personal to the licensee and the licence shall not be assigned, sub-licensed or transferred to any other person except with the prior written approval of the Director General.
(2)
A licensee who assigns, sub-licenses or transfers his licence to any other person without the prior written approval of the
Director General commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not less than twenty-five thousand ringgit and not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
