Section 29
The Clerk shall be responsible for the custody of the Votes and Proceedings, records,
Bills and other documents presented to or laid before the Assembly which shall be open to inspection by Members of the Assembly under such arrangements as may be sanctioned by the Speaker or in his absence by the Deputy Speaker.
