Section 37
Any amendment to a motion or to an amendment upon which the question has been proposed in the Assembly or in a Committee of the Assembly shall, if so required by the
Speaker or Chairman, be put into writing by the mover and delivered to the Clerk or to the Chairman on a Select Committee.
