Section 30
Unless Standing Orders otherwise direct, notice shall be given of any motion which it is proposed to move with the exception of the following:-
(a)
A motion by way of amendment to a question already proposed from the Chair.
(b)
A motion in Committee.
(c)
A motion for the adjournment of the Assembly.

(d)
A motion for the adjournment of a debate or that the Chairman do report progress and ask leave to sit again or do leave the Chair.
(e)
A motion arising out of any item of business made immediately after that item is disposed of and before the next item is entered upon.
