of Strata Management Ordinance, 2019
Section 1

(1)
This Ordinance may be cited as the Strata
Management Ordinance, 2019, and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, exempt any part of any local authority area or government agencies from any or all the provisions of this
Ordinance or any regulations made under this Ordinance.
(3)
The Minister may, if in his opinion it would not be contrary to the public interest and the interest of the purchasers to do so, suspend the operation of this Ordinance or any provision of this Ordinance in any local authority area or any part of any local authority area for such periods as he deems fit.
