Section 106

The Tribunal shall make its award without delay and, where applicable, within sixty days from the first day the hearing before the Tribunal commences.
(2)
The Tribunal shall in all proceedings give its reason for its award in the proceedings.
(3)
In making an award under subsection (1), the Tribunal may make one or more of the orders specified in Part 2 of the
Ninth Schedule, and may include in the award such stipulations and conditions as it thinks fit and just.
(4)
In making an order under subsection (3), the Tribunal shall have regard to—
(a)
the relevant provisions of this Ordinance; or
(b)
the interest of all parcel owners or subsidiary proprietors in the use and enjoyment of their parcels or the common property or limited common property.
(5)
The Tribunal may, at any time, rectify or correct clerical mistake in any award or errors arising in the award from any accidental slip or omission.
