Subject to sections 27 and 28 of the Strata (Subsidiary
Titles) Ordinance, 2019 [Cap. 75/2019], all payments of money from an insurer in respect of destruction of or damage to a building shall be immediately applied in rebuilding, replacing, repairing or restoring the building.
