Section 112

An affidavit to be used in any proceedings in Court shall be sworn –

in State of Sabah, before any Syar'ie Judge or Registrar;

in a State of Malaysia, before the Syar'ie Judge or Registrar, as the case may require; and at any place outside Malaysia, before any Muslim officer of the Malaysian

Embassy or, High Commission, or Consulate or permanent Mission, thereat authorized to administer oath.
