Section 114
(1)
A copy of any document to be used in conjunction with an affidavit shall be annexed to the affidavit as an exhibit.
(2)
An exhibit to an affidavit shall be identified by a certificate of the person before whom the affidavit is sworn, and such certificate shall be in Form MS 27.
