Section 184
(1)
Where any judgment debt in respect of which a judgment debtor is imprisoned under section 181 is satisfied by payment or otherwise, the judgment creditor shall lodge with the
Registrar a certificate of satisfaction signed by him in Form MS 47.
(2)
If the judgment creditor makes default in lodging the certificate referred to in subsection (1), the judgment debtor or any person on his behalf may apply to the Court for an order for his discharge, and the Court in making such order may direct that the cost for such application be paid by the judgment creditor.
(3)
An order under subsection (2) shall be in Form MS 48.
