Mode of service out of jurisdiction within Malaysia
(1)
Any summons or application for service out of the jurisdiction within Malaysia may be sent to any Court having jurisdiction in the local area in which the person to be served is said to be.

(2)
The summons or application to be served may be sent by post or otherwise with a written request for service signed by the Judge or the Registrar.
