Section 216

Refusing to sign statement

Whoever refuses to sign any statement made by him when required to sign that statement by a public officer legally competent to require that he shall sign that statement shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

Intentional insult or interruption to a public officer sitting in any stage of a judicial proceedings
