Section 229
—
(1)
The Syariah Court Rules Committee may, by notification in the Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Ordinance, and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such rules may provide for—
(a)
the fees that may be prescribed under this Ordinance;
(b)
the forms, books of accounts, reports and other documents to be used in respect of any act or thing done under or in pursuance of this Ordinance; and
(c)
the conduct of Court, the form and the method of execution of instruments and the appointment of any officer or agent of the Court.
(2)
The Syariah Court Rules Committee may, by order, amend the Schedule.
