Section 37
(1)
Any Peguam Syarie who draws or prepares any instrument or document shall endorse or cause to be endorsed on the instrument or document the name and address of the firm under which the Peguam Syarie practises.
(2)
Any Peguam Syarie who fails to endorse or falsely endorses or causes to be endorsed any of the instruments or documents commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to an imprisonment for a term of not exceeding three years or to both.
