Cost and payment to unauthorized person

Section 38
(1)
Any costs in respect of anything done by an unauthorized person as a Peguam Syarie or in respect of any act which is an offence under section 35
or 37 shall not be recoverable by any person in any action, suit or matter.
(2)
Any payment to an unauthorized person for anything done which is an offence under section 35 or 37 may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction by the person who has paid the money.
