Section 45
(1)
A person who has been admitted and registered as a Peguam Syarie under this Act shall be a member of the Badan Peguam Syarie so long as he has a valid Annual Practising Certificate.
(2)
The provision of the Second Schedule to the Act shall apply to the members of the Badan Peguam Syarie.
