(2)

The Local Authority may request the officer in charge of the police district to provide protection in carrying out the demolition work under section 28K(1).

(3)

Any person who is in breach of the provision of section 28I, upon conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit and in the case of a continuing offence to a further penalty of one thousand ringgit for each day during which the offence is continued.
